FoodStory

Nina Furstenau, series editor

The FoodStory series publishes a range of book types including primers on individual foods, food memoirs and travel writing, and cutting-edge research on food systems and culture. Showcasing the variety of voices that make up FoodStory, books in this series speak to general audiences, amateur foodies, gourmands, and scholars alike. Particular attention is given to creative nonfiction written in an engaging narrative style, as well as underserved topics in food history and culture and ongoing issues in our food system.

Multidisciplinary approaches are welcome from scholars and writers working in areas such as food anthropology, sociology, gender, agriculture, race, disability, and cultural studies, as well as journalistic and creative nonfiction food writing.
