Katherine Kearney Maynard is assistant professor of English at Rider College in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She received her Ph.D. in English from the University of Rochester in 1984 and has published essays on the works of Hugh MacDiarmid, Pablo Neruda, Eugenio Montale, George Bernard Shaw, and Nathaniel Tarn.
